Addressing Damages or Errors
Should you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or does not match your order, we ask that you contact us at care@heeramoti.in within 3 business days. To facilitate an efficient resolution, we kindly request that you provide photographic evidence of any damage.
Upon your notification, we will promptly arrange for a skilled technician to address any repairs within 48 hours. Furthermore, we will coordinate with our courier service to collect the item, informing you of the proposed pickup date. It is essential to care for the item until it is retrieved. Please include your order details with any returns, as they are vital for processing a replacement. After receiving the item, our customer service team will reach out to discuss either a replacement or a full refund. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate replacements for items not reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Protocol for Delivery Damage
Upon delivery, we kindly ask that you inspect the packaging for any signs of damage in the presence of the courier. If you discover any damage, please inform us within 24 hours by emailing info@heeramoti.in.
For documentation purposes, ensure you note any damage on the delivery receipt, using phrases such as “Pending Inspection” or “Appears Damaged.” We also request that you capture digital photographs of the affected items.
Once we receive your claim, we will conduct a thorough assessment and respond promptly via email with our recommendations. We will arrange for the collection of the damaged item and ensure a replacement is delivered to you at no additional cost. Should a replacement not be feasible, we will refund you 100% of your purchase price, including shipping costs. All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, and we request careful repacking to prevent any further damage during transit.
Refund Process
Refunds and/or credits will be processed once we receive the returned items in pristine condition and within their original packaging. Your total order amount will be refunded, minus any applicable shipping and handling charges.
