Items marked FREE SHIPPING! on the product page will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees.

Tracking Packages

 

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your item(s) leaves the warehouse. You can also track your package in My Account by clicking here.

If you have more than one order that has shipped, select the specific order on the next page that you'd like to track items from. If the items you'd like to track have been shipped, the tracking information will be displayed for you here.

All-Inclusive Delivery & Assembly

 

Our easiest, no-sweat method. A delivery team will bring your items inside and place them in the room of your choice. Packaging will be removed and disposed of, followed by basic assembly for your convenience.

 

Upstairs carrying limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)

 

Assembly includes light setup requiring basic tools, such as a screwdriver. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools.

 

Appointment Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once your item(s) arrive at the local terminal.

The shipment duration of the product depends on the customisation of the product since the product gets prepared once we receive the order.
